HPHL Mustang Teams
Depending on the interest, HPHL Mustang may field 1-2 spring teams. The High Plain Hills League (HPHL) season begins end of April and ends early May. Spring league allows players who are finishing up with other clubs to play high school hockey as well as freshman players who did not get an opportunity to play earlier in the year. The mixed age and level provide players to be challenged at a faster pace than they are accustomed to during regular club/high school seasons.
HPHL Mustang teams consisted of returning CPHL/CHSAA Varsity/JV players on both teams as well as new faces to HPHL Mustangs.
HPHL Varsity Navy - 2022 Finalist, 2023 Finalist, 2024 Finalist
HPHL Varsity White - 2022 Championship, 2024 3rd Place
HPHL JV - 2023 Finalist, 2024 3rd Place
HPHL follows high school USA Hockey guidelines.
PRACTICES
Practices will be only 1-2 times a week, most likely only one time a week as many of the HPHL players are also playing other spring sports. The nature of the practices will be discussed in the team meetings. Games are usually on Fridays and Saturdays.
